学生会的建立，目的主要在于通过学生自主活动的开展，锻炼学生的身心，培养良好的素质，同时促进相互团结，构建一个明朗的校园，奠定一个社会良民所必需的素养。目前设有29个俱乐部，每个学生必须参加一到两个俱乐部的活动。

　The purpose of the Student Council shall be to promote a friendly and social relationship among students, act as liaison between students and the faculty, and to extend assistance to students in preparation as responsible members of society.
　All students are required to participate in at least one of the twenty-nine offered extra-curricular club activities.
