学生相談室は昭和56年に設立された。現在は、図書館１階の保健室に併設されている。学生相談室では、学生の悩みや不安感、困り感などの相談を受けて、その学生がより快適で充実した高専生活を送ることができるように、問題解決の手助けをしている。
　学生相談室相談員は9名（室長、副室長、教員５名、看護師2名）で構成されている。さらに学外カウンセラーとして臨床心理士の３名の先生方に月７回程度来校して頂いている。また、特別支援教育コーディネーターの教員と連携した対応も行っている。

　Activated in 1981, the Student Counseling Center adjoins the healthcare room on the first floor of the library. The Center serves as an intervention for students experiencing problems hindering their academic growth. Presently, the Center is staffed by seven teachers and two registered nurses who are available at any time. Professional counseling is available about seven times a month by three registered counselors. The cooperation with the special-needs-education coordinator is also implemented.
